Please complete your annual leave request form at least 2 months in advance of any annual leave.  The earlier you can complete the form the better.  Please note that submitting the form does not mean that your annual leave has automatically been approved.  Leave requests will be subject to staff rotas and busy time periods.  We will try our best to accommodate as many requests as we can within reason.  If you require any clarification regarding your request before submitting an annual leave request form or you have questions about your annual leave entitlement, please complete a COO greenlighting form in the first instance for an answer.  Thank you. https://airtable.com/shr6hSxKmBEqnCltE
