Please use this form to submit any requests that you need from the COOs. This could be anything that you need in terms of a decision, access or help with planning or problem-solving. Any new/alterations to projects or meeting and events must be green-lighted by a COO before it is rolled out or confirmed to take place. We are here to help and this form is checked on a daily basis. Please use this instead of slack if you need a COO to get back to you or need some help.

In the event of an emergency or where you feel immediate escalation is required (have a low threshold for this if you notice anything that raises a red flag in any situation) – your first port of call is to contact a COO directly.
