Vet Mentor Work Experience

Veterinary Mentor welcomes you to participate in the only free Virtual Work Experience in the UK run by practicing Vets, open to any student in the UK wishing to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.

Veterinary Mentor are committed to ensuring that students still have the opportunity to gain valuable insight into veterinary careers and high quality application support, even in these difficult times. As part of the UK's largest medical family, we welcome you to participate in our free virtual work experience programme.

These sessions were held live last year, and due to high demand we have recorded these sessions and produced a comprehensive e-learning programme consisting of six sessions. Once all of the sessions have been completed, you will gain access to your certificate which can be added to your portfolio.

Our 6-day programme will take you across the entire veterinary profession and give you a taste of the diversity the degree offers, and show you what skills and attributes are needed to be a great veterinary surgeon!

It will be as if you are really there, but from the comfort of your own home and without putting you at risk during the COVID pandemic.
