Logging into your e-learning WEX library account indicates acceptance that your training (and our performance of the contract) is deemed to have begun and that you agree that if you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period we are still entitled to charge you for services we have provided from the date you were able to access the training until the point at which you cancel.
If you have not accessed the course, you can request to cancel within 14 days of purchasing the WEX library and receive a full refund. Refund requests must be in writing to
admin@medicmentor.orgAfter 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund.
